Leading Provider of Treatment for Opioid Use Disorder Opens New Locations in North Carolina
The New Season family of treatment centers recently welcomed three new facilities in North Carolina — the Raleigh Treatment Center, North Charlotte Treatment Center, and Morganton Treatment Center.
“We are pleased to expand our presence throughout the southeast to best serve the people of the Carolinas,” John Steinbrun, CEO of New Season, said. There are now 12 New Season treatment centers in North Carolina, bringing the total nationwide to 75 locations.
“New Season establishes treatment facilities in the communities where opioid use disorder is the most prevalent,” Steinbrun said.
Much like a healthcare facility, New Season has a diverse team of caregivers, including a licensed physician, pharmacist, counselors and nurses. These medical professionals ensure patients receive the proper care they require, thus saving the community in expenses related to crime, theft, criminal justice, ER, trauma and urgent care center costs.
The New Season treatment centers offer a broad array of services for one low fee, including:
- Medication-assisted treatment with methadone, buprenorphine or suboxone to address withdrawal symptoms and cravings,
- Counseling (individual, group and family),
- Medically supervised withdrawal,
- Lab tests,
- Convenient outpatient services,
- Connection to community resources like housing, child care, employment, training and assistance with GED programs,
- Development of social skills,
- Referrals,
- Confidentiality, and
- Take-home benefits after meeting key criteria.
“We are honored and privileged to play a key role in making the Carolinas a healthier place to live, work and play,” Steinbrun said.
